Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Kombucha Table, workshop places are confirmed based on the number of participants registered, and venue arrangements are made accordingly.

Participant cancellations

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

Transfer of a booking

A confirmed booking may be transferred to another person for the same scheduled workshop, provided The Kombucha Table is informed in advance. A booking cannot be transferred to a different workshop date.

If a workshop is cancelled or postponed by The Kombucha Table

If The Kombucha Table has to cancel or postpone a workshop, participants will be informed and offered the applicable option for that workshop, including a refund or transfer to the rescheduled date, as communicated at the time.
